Strength Training Program For The Cash Based Chiropractor

Improve patient outcomes and add massive value to your practice. Our strength training program is a five-week program where you’ll learn how to create, organize, and communicate strength training programs into your treatment plan.

 
 
  • Week 1: The Exam

    • For your patients to get the most out of your strength program it’s important that the doctor knows what to be looking for. Understanding how to assess movement patterns, mobility, and strength in a new patient will allow you to create better programs and get better outcomes for your clients.

  • Week 2: Creating The Program

    • With information gathered in the exam we’ll teach you how to structure your program. We’ll cover how to pick safe and effective exercises as well as how to progress and regress exercises to match the patients ability level.

  • Week 3: Selling The Program

    • In week 3 we’ll teach you how to position and communicate your programs to help patients understand the value. We’ll teach you how to price your programs and reframe conversations to highlight the benefits of strength training.

  • Week 4: Teaching The Program

    • In week 4 we’ll show you how to teach important strength training movements (hinge, lift, squat, lunge, etc) to patients unfamiliar with them. We’ll look at important cues and commone mistakes many clients make that may contribute to their joint pain. This will help build the trust and authority in building strength without stressing your joints.

  • Week 5: Review Materials and Answer Questions

    • We’ll wrap up our program by reviewing all the materials we covered and answer any lingering questions you have.
