Cash Based Chiropractor Starter Program

Set yourself up for success. Our starter program is a five-week program where you’ll work one-on-one with Dr. Baird to learn the skills, systems, and tools to build a profitable, cash-based practice.

• Week 1: Clinic Vision and Operations

  • Our starter program is designed to help you create a clinic that works best for YOU. Your treatment style, your philosophy, your personality. Which is why in week one we’ll think about the bigger vision for your clinic including the size, the number of employees, your salary, how many days a week you’d like to work. We’ll also determine what your visits will look like, pricing, packages, payment options, other services you will offer.

• Week 2: Target Market and Unique Selling Proposition

  • In the second week we focus on defining who you help and what sets you apart from other clinics. Understanding the concerns, worries, and hesitations of your community will help you communicate how your services are better than insurance-based options.

• Week 3: Phone Call Communication Skills

  • Better conversations lead to better outcomes for both the doctor and the patient. In our third week we’ll teach how to ask better questions, how to create trust and desire for your services, and how to answer many of the common objections patients to increase the likelihood that patients choose your clinic.

• Week 4: Creating Your Customer Development (Sales) Process

  • The one thing that every successful cash-based chiropractor has with new clients is TRUST. When patients know you understand their problems and have the skills to solve them, they will be willing to choose your clinic over one that takes their insurance. Your customer development system helps you build a relationship with new clients before they even step foot in your office to increase the likelihood they agree to your treatment recommendation.

• Week 5: Review Materials and Answer Questions

  • We’ll wrap up our program by reviewing all the materials we covered and answer any lingering questions you have. Depending on where you are in your journey, we’ll determine the next best steps
